Hello, everyone!
Sometimes, even just keeping track or your mood and your mental health can help a lot when you're struggling with mental illness. It may seem cheesy, but trust me, it helps. One resource I've been using for a long time to help with my intrusive thoughts, anxiety, depression, and stress, is the Sanvello app.

Sanvello has a daily mood tracker, guided meditation journeys, coping tools, themed group chat rooms, and weekly check-ins and progress assessments to track your stress, anxiety, depression, and resilience. You can track your sleep, how much you've eaten, how many glasses of water you've drank, whether you took any medication you may be prescribed, and more. You can also do activities like thought reframing, which allow you to type or speak a thought in and use reframing tools to change the thought into something more positive rather than negative. I have used tools such as this one many times through this app, and they really do help. There is also a journal option, which is very useful. The group chat rooms allow for peer support. You can also set it up to send you notifications at specific or random times. I personally have my app set to send me random notifications, so Sanvello sends me push notifications straight to my phone asking me to do weekly check-ins, to track my mood, etc.
Below are some screenshots of what the app looks like.
The app is free to download, and has much of the content available for free. During usual circumstances, the Premium, Coaching, and Therapy features cost money but can also be used for free with insurance. Still, even without insurance, it is a quite affordable option.
During the current circumstances of the pandemic, however, Sanvello is offering their Premium plan for all users for free!
I highly recommend downloading the app and checking it out! It's available in the Google Play store for Android users and the App Store for Apple users!
