Hello, everyone! Happy Friday!
I just wanted to take some time today to find some helpful links for you all. I provided several links to outside resources including the Trevor Project, GLSEN, and others on the Resources page here on my blog. But I wanted to give you guys some more helpful links today in addition to those. These websites, blog posts, and pages include resources specifically for LGBT individuals, information about self care, general mental health resources, and tips on how to be a good Ally.
This is a blog post from Talkspace, which provides posts like the one provided regarding all sorts of areas such as phobias, OCD, eating disorders, dealing with grief, mindfulness, and so on. This particular post discusses LGBTQ mental health and provides links to resources
